Krasa Skin Care Season Skin Billed me full price without sending the product Pacoima, CA Internet

Krasa skin cream [also know as Seasons Skin] is an internet scammer.  It advertises that you can try its product for free, and will only be charged a modest shipping and handling fee.  When I ordered a free trial of the cream, it autormatically added a free trial of a serum, which I did not order and did not want.  The company gave no explanation as to how to remove the unwanted and unordered "free trial" from my credit card charge.

I received what I thought were my free trial samples weeks after I placed my order.  When I got my credit card statment, however, I found that I had not only been charged for the samples, but had also been charged for the full price of these products, which totaled $103 for the serum and $109 for the cream.  Note that I only got the two samples, but was billed full price for additional products I didn't order and didn't receive.

No where in Krasa's advertisement does it state that you will be charged for the full price of these products if you don't cancel within 14 days.  So, because you receive your credit card bill long after you get hit with the second set of charges, there is no way to know that you have to cancel products that you didn't order or receive!

Why doesn't a state consumer protection agency put an end to these scammers?
