Krave Massive Kelly Murphy Has Unpaid Restitution From Bank Fraud Conviction Las Vegas, Nevada

Kelly Murphy, who was convicted and sentenced to prison for over 18 months for committing bank fraud for using his infant son's Social Security number for car loans, spent his time in a federal prison in Texas. The amount of restitution -- the amount to be paid back by him after his conviction -- was $80,000. Our research has shown that the $80,000 was never repaid. Somehow it just fell through the cracks. Murphy was on probation after his jail time, the restitution amount apparently was overlooked by the authorities, and he was released from probation without ever paying it back. Murphy still owes the $80,000. That's just one more tab to add to the continued fraud and growing financial cloud over Murphy in addition to his eviction from the Boys Lounge and Copa as well as his inability to cover paychecks for his employees at Drink & Drag and Krave Massive. He's got a massive financial burden, and it just seems to keep getting bigger and bigger.
