I bought a 1999 Windstar van vin # B85083 from kristal auto mall on Oct. 9,2003. Sales person Anthony Long said he was just 2 weeks on the job but he could still assist me in the sale. Three days later i gave him a bank certified check from my bank and he gave me the bill of sales. He knew i was shipping the car to my diabetic mother and her invalid daughter who can not walk. He said there would be no problem. The second company I am complainting about is A-1 Auto transport. They took payment from me over the phone to ship my mothers car to Louisiana within 7-15 days. It took six weeks. These two companys made my life and my mother and sisters lives a living hell. kristal auto mall co. has still yet to complete this transaction, still harrassing phone calls and now threatnes my mother in Baton Rouge Louisiana to go and take the car back! This has been going on for 3 months & it still is going on. Please help us! I also wrote to the head person at general motors and the 2nd person in charge call and was no help what so ever. His personal phone number is 313-667-7153. I can't remember his name but I do have a copy of the letter i sent to the company.
