 This photographer promised excellent service and a military discount for my wife and my wedding. Unfortunately , one paid in full, was very difficult to reach and did not complete the contract in full. She was late to shoot our preparation for the wedding , but offered us $100 discount on out prints. After the wedding it took much longer to Load the photos to our online website for selection, and many were missing , so they had to be reloaded . We selected the photos for our album and canvas , but had to resend them as she lost them. We viewed the album and made some small changes and then approved the final draft. The album was supposedly completed in July ( the canvas was supposedly completed in May) I arrived back home from overseas to set up a meet up, but she was very difficult to reach. She never answered the phone number on her website, and has no physical address on her site. She set up a meet in October , but cancelled the day of , siting health issues. She has continued to shoot weddings after ours. She supposedly was going to ship the album and canvas to us, but never did. Recently , someone claiming to be managing her business states that she will try to refund us, but it has to be in payments over 4-6 months , and it will not be the full amount. She did not respond or sign for our demand letters, mailed to all addresses we could find. We wrote to BBB and the attourney general , but she did not respond to them either.
