LOL....This woman is clueless about real estate. Earlier this year I was relocating to the Atlanta area and I found her on Trulia. I contacted her via email and she responded telling me to go straight to Marquis View Apartments in Marietta, GA, a well known area for crime, drugs, and the likes. I don't live in an area like that now, so why would I have any desire to move to a new city and live among that? On top of that, I wouldn't need help from a realtor if I wanted to move to a drug infested area.
Fortunately, I didn't move into that complex after being warned by a mail carrier who was delivering the mail there and after doing research of my own. What type of realtor refers people to the GHETTO anyway?? After I visited this complex, I emailed Kristle and asked her if she previously lived there (for her to not offer the names of any other complexes) and she didn't respond. It makes me wonder how many homes she has sold within the last 6 months.
Definitely would not recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy. She might try to throw you in the HOOD.

Recently I was one of several people whom Kristle Breland sent an email to begging for financial help. It is obvious that her career in real estate is not how she portrays it to be. She claims to be a seller of commercia real estate but her selling record for the past year has been less than stellar. Maybe she should move to Marquis View Apartments in Marietta, the same rundown apartment community that she suggested I move to last year.

In reference to the complaint filed on me, this young girl has also had friends contact me via Facebook laughing they filed this report. First this is or never was a client of mine nor have we ever done any business. As I've stated to the friend of this person who won't reveal who the complaining party is but upset I didn't find her an "apartment" to rent, there is no negotiating on an apartment for rent at $500/month. I assist Commercial, Luxury, and Residential sellers, buyers, and a leasee in selling their current property, purchasing property, and leasing property. The report she made is false, confusing, and all over the place.
