I called the number that was listed on my online bank statement and requested a refund for
DEBIT CARD PURCHASE KUCHARSKINCREAM 888-396-9574 CA (Cash)
which I don't want they said they would refund purchase price for May 2018 charge and cancel my membership, upon further investigation on my bank account I discovered another charge by the same company for $37.14 which I was unaware of as I did not fill out there enrollment form only filled out a questionaire. They said I filled out a survey and took my information from that survey and now they will not refund the charge from May 2018 also I was supposed to get a free gift which I never recieved.
