Ktechost - 2Checkout.com - Kush Technologies - Ktechost.net Ripoff Domain Registration and Billing fraud Mumbai India

I am a webhost and web developer in Nigeria. On the 2nd of May, I purchased a domain name ictafrica.tv from ktechost through 2checkout.com payment system. When you make a purchase, the result shows that through 2checkout, the domain will be active within 24 hours.

I received a receipt from 2checkout.com for my complete payment for my order but got an email from ktechost that my order was pending but with a clause " that I complete the order by making payment for me to have my domain registered"

When I checked my account ballance on my card, money was deducted by 2checkout and I wrote to 2checkout when the 24hours expired and the failure of ktechost in meeting my domain registration. 2checkout wrote to me that they will contact ktechost.

I wrote ktechost and they wrote to me that 2checkout never reached them, whereas, 2checkout wrote to me that they have contacted them. In any case, Ktechost refused writing me untill when I actually threatened that I will take a legal action against them if my order was not fulfilled.

After all denials and robbing me off my registration and I wrote to them that I will report them to ripoffreport.com by monday if my registration was not done, the two party hurriedly wrote to me and then went ahead to register the domain on the 5th as against 3rd of May when the 24hour was expiring and latter wrote to me that the domain have been registered.

I wish to state that companies like Ktechost is not honest and its a scam that they are playing. They must be banned from carrying out domain registrattion as this could have happend to a lot of unsuspecting individuals.

I will request any support for legal action against this two parties for not meeting my order. 2checkout hurrieldy wrote that they have refunded my money when I also wrote them that I will report this scam.

I dont need refund but will take a legal action against the two companies for their attitude in handling my order and not meeting my order as stated in their terms as a result of their unprofessional attitude. The domain was still available when I days after I made my payment and when I was contacting them but they had bad attitude to this.


My check actually showd that the domain name was registered on the 4th of may and so I request an attorney that can institute a lagal action and compensation against this two parties.

I will be posting all emails sent to me by 2checkout and Ktechost for this.
