Kuvarsit Sally Li SCAMMERS, DONT BUY FROM HERE!! FAKE FAKE FAKE Internet

This "company" is a completely rip off and scammers. Only one person runs it. I ordered a replica watch from here in May 2015. Costed me about $150. I got an email a little while later saying that the watch was out of stock and if I would be willing to wait. I said yes. Watch finally got to me after 2 months of waiting. It looked/felt cheap, didn't look like the pictures, and the time was running super slow. I emailed "Sally Li" the same day I received it to return, knowing I would need to pay for shipping, which ended up being $25. I was fine with that, just give me back the rest of my money. Mind you, I didn't even wear it. Literally opened the box, tried the adjust the time, noticed it was slow, and asked to return.

Sally gave me the address and said he/she said I would get a refund after they received my watch. After two weeks, they received it and I got an email saying they can't refund me the full price BECAUSE THE STRAP WAS BENT. How the hell was it bent if I sent it back in the same case I was given and in the same box THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED IT. They sent me pictures of the bent strap, looked like the just twisted it really quick and took some pictures to show me. Sally said they would need to take off a certain amount and only offer me $108. I was so angry at this point and wrote an angry email back telling them I didn't bend the strap as it was never worn. They replied saying they aren't trying to cheat me. I just asked for the $108 back and Sally said, what if we just get you a discount for the next time you order. Lol, the next time I order? Yeah okay. I said no, just give me the $108. She said okay, sent me a picture of the "refund" going through (all in Chinese writing).
