My staff told me that Polly from "Labor Law and OSHA" called and that they call usually "because a walk-through inspection would occur in the next few days."

My staff must clear new accounts with me, so she wouldn't give her payment to "get us in compliance" before the inspection day.

It even sounded official to me...who would claim they were OSHA? Perhaps that didn't actually say they represented OSHA, but my staff said that was what it sounded like. (FYI - My staff has a history of legal secretary training, so she is not easily fooled.)

We didn't buy. I checked on the internet and found the "Rip-off Report" for this company.
