I purchased a custom full lace malaysian human hair wig from this site 3 months ago.  The custom unit is supposed to take 1 month.  I was generous and gave them 2 months. I did not hear anything until I got an email 2 months later that it was on its way.  There was no tracking number included. I never received anything.   I contacted the company 1 week after that.   I was just able to leave messages on the 2 numbers they give( 1 is a cell phone).  I got an email reply 3-4 days later after emailing them that they accidentally cancelled my order  because someone else with my last name cancelled and that they will  start producing the wig  stat and will send it rush order.    
 
Hmm , what business looks at last names- you look at order numbers.  Why did I not get a credit to my account or a confirmation email.  I know how much flack wig companies give you to cancel a custom order so I definitely would have received some kind of communication through paypal.    AND, why did I receive an email that it shipped a week prior.  475 dollars is a lot of money to hold on to for 3 months with no product produced.  

I  went through my credit card company to do a chargeback on them.  I did not go through paypal because they give you a 4 or 6 week window  after the order then you are screwed.  Most custom orders are 4 weeks(coincidence?).   Paypal has never been helpful.  I have had too much experience with  wig companies that are just shady.  It is almost like buying something illegal with the lack of regulations and the scam artists that crop up with a wig website.  Since most wigs originate from china you can understand the lack of moral code from the manufacturers.
