Started my new business and needed a credit card processor... went to my local US Bank in vancouver wa and sat down with there #1 deceptive d****ebag... got suckered into two contracts. 1 with us bank or there lessor and the other with ladco. what a freaking joke $100 bucks a month for something i haven't used and never even set it up.. had it for two weeks not used and wanted out.. went in and he said i would have to pay the remainder off my contract.. i said well ill just switch banks and he said they will take all the money from your new account..

Finally I was able to get out of the us bank side after 3 months of fighting but its been a year now and im no longer even in business and im still stuck paying for the "SOFTWARE" that Ive never even used... what a Effing joke... if i could meet the CEO or highest manager.. what a sketchy contract.. don't trust anyone.. have a attorney read everything!!
