Laguna speed shop Inc. I ordered a set of 2003 dodge cummins injectors and had a local Mechanic install. He packed up the old ones in the original box and gave them back to me and then i shipped them back for my core return Internet

  6/25/2008 I ordered a set of injectorsfor my 2003 dodge cummins diesel from Laguna Speed shop thry were $450 each and there is 6 so $2700.There was a $200 a piece so $1200 core charge that they said I would get back when they recieved my old ones.There was also a $50 shipping charge.

    7/9/2008 I had them installed and shipped the cores out on 7/9/2008 with priority mail service andrecieved the confirmation back from this so I knew they had recieved them.I have the reciept from the post office.

    2/12/09 I still had not recieved anything so i called and talked to a guy named Eric he said I would have the check in 3-5 weeks.
   
    3/ 10 /09 I called again talked to eric said check would be out Monday 3/16/10

    6/12/09  I called again said they did not get credit from Industrial Injection this is the company they had got them from and sent to me I guess.Eric said they were suppose to fax it out today.I should have a check in 1-10 days thay said.

    7/9/09 I called again today and Eric said they got the credit  and it would still be 10-12 days before thy got the check out to me.He had also said that thy were having hard times with the economy.Did not see were this was my problem they should not spend money that was not theres.

    10/05/09 I called agin getting feed up with the excuses it is alot of money.Eric said it would be atleast another month before i get the core refund back.Not sure what else I can do to get my money.

    12/14/09  I called again and Eric said that I should have money by the holidays or if not right after the holidays.

      These are dates that I had sent emails to there customer support that I have never got a response to   1/3/11

   I still have all these emails on my computer for proof.I hope you can help me get my money back I have not been able to reach them latley not sure if they closed or what.
