Laguna Speed Shop rip me off for $460.00 San Juan Capistrano, California

I ordered parts from Laguna in December of 2009 and several weeks after not recieving anything I called to check on them. Once I got through after calling several times I was told everything was on back order. So after that I decided to cancle my order. The guy on the phone told me it be 7 to 10 buisness days for my money to be returned. A week no money, two weeks no money, then three weeks still nothing, so i call. Then I'm told the company has gone bankrupted, and they were working on paying debt to customers, and that the company was under restructer. So i would call about every month and never get answered or get a returned phone call. Now its October first 2010 almost 1 year later and I still dont have any money.
