Laguna Tools - California Never Shipped - promised 3x to ship - ultimately promised to ship RUSH ---shipped GROUND service Irvine California

I placed an order online on 2/2/18 for some simple sanding belts.  They were in stock.  Laguna is in California, we are in Oregon.  On 2/6 I called to inquire about the order as I hadn't received a shipping confirmation and just wanted to know for our cabinet shop when we could expect them.  The CSR was pleasant and indicated they were in stock and I would get a confirming email with tracking info and that they should be shipping out that day.  The next day I arrive to work, no email, so I phone again.

  A different CSR states she doesn't know why they didn't ship the day before but for sure they 'will ship out today'.  Next day I arrive, no email, I phone AGAIN.  Same CSR as day before, she was baffled as to why they didn't ship, put me on hold to speak to the shipping manager, and ultimately stated "they will ship out today RUSH service"......I said to her, "OK, I assume you mean NEXT DAY AIR", and she simply confirmed "Yes, it will be RUSH service".....Imagine my surprise when I arrive to work on 2/12/18 and find my shipping confirmation indicating they are shipping GROUND SERVICE and they did not arrive until 2/15/18 (today). 

I had asked (after my 3rd call) to speak to a manager and the CSR put me on hold to see who I could speak with.  Upon her return she stated she was going to transfer me to the CSR Manager - surprise!!!!!!  You guessed it, I got his VM and he's NEVER returned my call.  I would suggest if you have ANY other vendor to purchase from other than LAGUNA TOOLS, do it!!!  Even if you pay a bit more - it's worth peace of mind, time and good customer service.
