LAI PROPERTIES/STAR MANAGEMENT/ WTM
Three companies ripped me off! They ripped off my 1300 Deposit for an apartment. They have yet to provide me with the photos for the item they charged me for. They charged me 1130 for items in an apartment and have yet to prove this items. But, I took pictures and sent them my pictures. Which shows that they owe me 845.00 They have stopped taking my phone calls. Told me they would get back to me in a couple of days and it has been almost a month now. I have emailed and called no answer what so ever. Not to mention the company WTM in lomita is not listed as a business. But, they could sent me an invoice.
So I rented from LAI Properties for 6 years. Star management sent me a check for 170.00 and WTM sent the invoice. How is any of this legal!
Dont rent from them. This could happen to you!
