Lambert Private Equity Joseph Lambert Lambert does not raise anywhere near the amounts of capital they say they will in their press releases Solvang California

Lambert Private Equity LLC puts out press releases announcing financing of between $10 million and $100 million through a private placement equity line. I have not been able to find even one deal that I can say with certainty that Lambert Private Equity actually raised the capital they said they would raise for their client.  I did howver find a number of deals that previously announced signinig a multi million dollar Lambert financing, but I could not find evidence of Lambert actually closing a significant amount of the financing for any one of these deals This is what I found on Lambert in my research:

Chama Technologies - (Sept 18, 2012) Chama Technologies announced they signed a special private placement agreement for a $50m of equity line funding with Lambert Private Equity

Fact Check: No indication any money was actually raised by Lambert. Press release announcing Chara merging with OTCBB shell High Plains Gas, Inc. (HPGS). HPGS currently has $1.5 million market cap.

Omega Commercial Finance Corp - (Feb 24, 2013) Omega Commercial Finance Corporation ( OTCQB : OCFN) announced it signed a Special Private Placement Agreement for USD $100,000,000 of equity line funding with Lambert Private Equity

Fact Check: No indication in Omega’s financial statements that Lambert raised money for Omega.  Omega currently has $6.1M market cap.

WINDSOR GOLD MINING & EXPLORATION -(March 22, 2013)  WINDSOR GOLD MINING & EXPLORATION announced that it signed a Special Private Placement Agreement for USD $20,000,000 of equity line funding with Lambert Private Equity

Fact Check: Windsor confirmed that Lambert has not raised any money for company to date. Windosr is currently a private company.

GRAVITY COLLECTION, INC. - (Jan 22, 2013) GRAVITY COLLECTION, INC. announced it signed a Special Private Placement Agreement for a USD $100,000,000 of equity line funding with Lambert Private Equity.

Fact Check: Gravity is private company, no information on their website to indicate money was ever raised by Lambert.

New Fuel Systems Inc - (March 18, 2013) New Fuel Systems Inc. announced it signed a Special Private Placement Agreement for US $100 million of equity line funding with Lambert Private Equity LLC

Fact Check: New Fuel informed me that Lambert has not raised any funds for them.  New Fuel is a private company and won’t know if Lambert can raise the money until New Fuel goes public.

Armadillo Resources Ltd. - (May 15, 2013) Armadillo Resources Ltd.  announced it signed a Special Private Placement Agreement for CDN $10,000,000 with Lambert Private Equity LLC

Fact Check: Armadillio trades on the CNSX exchange in Canada under ARO with a market cap of $1.4M. I looked at their financial statements, no indication Lambert actually raised money for this company.

FEATHERSTONE INVESTMENT GROUP LLC - (Feb 5, 2013) FEATHERSTONE INVESTMENT GROUP LLC announced it signed a Special Private Placement Agreement for USD $75,000,000 of equity line funding with Lambert Private Equity LLC

Fact Check: Featherstone looks to be a private company, no indication they have raised any funds from Lambert. Haven’t been able to find anything verifying Lambert having successfully raised the $75M that was announced.

Amvesco Holdings Inc -( Jan 11, 2013) – Amvesco Holdings Inc. announced that it has signed a Special Private Placement Agreement (SPPA) for a USD $75,000,000 equity line funding with Lambert Private Equity

Fact Check: Amvesco is a private company, no website, no phone number, cant verify

Notice a trend? It seems very strange that I can’t find one deal that allows me to verify Lambert having successfully raised a large chunk of capital as they announced in a press release. Please contact me if you require more information.
