I ordered a 24 pack of night light bulbs from Lamps Plus through amazon.com. Lamps Plus sent me 2 light bulbs for that price. In the confirmation email I received, 24 bulbs were clearly listed but when the package arrived with 2 bulbs, the description was different. The customer service person told me that I ordered 2 bulbs so I checked their product on Amazon and found that it shows a picture of 24 bulbs and it is clearly stated in the description of the product. The customer service person refused to go look at the page I was looking at and couldn't help me. I ended up paying over $3.00 per light bulb for the tiny cheap 4 watt nightlight bulbs. Don't do business with Lamps Plus as you may not get what you ordered and they will not help you.

Unfortunately the product you purchased on Amazon was
incorrectly matched to a pack size that we dont carry. We looked into our offering
