My home was to be sold in a short sale . I was told by my broker that this home was going to be gone soon, and needed to see about me, and my wife items in our home. My broker had been working with me from start to finish on this home.
But to my knowledge while i was gone away at work my broker called me to tell me that someone named Jason Landon from Hamilton Landon Gmac Real Estate in Apple Valley California had called , and wanted to know some information about this property. I did not know who this person was at all since i had my own broker working with me and the banks on this short sale.

Well to my knowledge of things i was told that this broker , and owner of www.hamiltonlandon.com . Had just went over to my home , and change the locks and lock me out of my home. Then he made up some excuse that my home was abandon to the Wells Fargo bank. I did not understand this crap since i am talking, and working with the bank along with my broker on this property.
I could not believe i could live there one day , and the next be told i am lock out by this company i never heard of by a man i never heard of at all. My broker told me that he should have never change my locks at all by law.
I was never Evicted or given any type of 3 day or move notice at all on my property. I have many witnessess to this fact that this property was not abandon like this Jason Landon is trying to say to Wells fargo bank. I was still paying all the lights water trash bills at my home, and i have proof of that. No one in there right mine would pay bills on a place that is abandon at all that is plan dumb as hell.
So Jason Landon Change my locks , and said Wells fargo told him to do so. So he did all by him self went into my home illegally in Apple Valley California.
He also tryed to make up a lie saying i had no washer or dryers in my home when i made a phone call to his office trying to find out why he lock me out my home. I have proof these items were in my home period. Grey washer , and dryer worth about 1,000
dollars in my book.
I am warning other's about Wells Fargo Bank ,and the people on the outside they had doing there dirty work . So when a bank tells you that they are working with you on your house make sure you have a big dog in your property first off, and not some alarm system like i had in my home .
By the way they broke in, and left the back down open on my property, and a friend called to tell me that my alarm was going off while i was down in Los Angeles that day.
My Home is already gone , and someone moved into it right away. By the way the same folks that was going to buy it in the short sale from me are living in my home.
This Person not only stole the listing from my Broker but also stole my home along with Wells Fargo Bank.
I am hoping to find someone who can help other's who might be going through this same crap with the bank going behind your back , and selling your home, and steal your items in the home without you ever knowing it .
What out for this company very dirty, and don't follow the Real Estate Laws at all put fourth by the state of california. I was never give any thing from any of them at all.
I thought everything was going good until this happen to me in Kasson Rd Apple Valley California.
Jason Landon and his company- Also Wells Fargo are big crooks , and they do illegal lock outs while your gone away from your house.
I have never went back to my home at all due to it being already lived in right after everything went down .
The bank told me that they can do what ever they wanted to do . I have that all on tape from Wells fargo Rep telling me that that out her own mouth on tape.
What a world we live in Crooks and liars , and more Crooks !
Very bad business practice on this company for not even trying to give me notice first off .
