Large Print Book Club I cancel bimonthly orders by phone. The orders keep coming. I have called twice to get return shipping labels. None sent. Internet

 i have been a member of the large print book club for may years and have bought many books. 

i have always cancelled via phone, but recently the books have been sent even after i've cancelled.

when i call and ask for a return prepaid address label they say the new automated phone system is not always working properly.

i called twice this week and haven't gotten a label via e-mail, and i cancelled my subscription after putting up with the sutomated phone system which still is not working after about 5-6 months.

i still have two books to send back.
