Larken Associates DAVID GARDNER Signed a contract for services, then refused to pay in full Hillsborough, New Jersey

This firm has continued to signed  contracts for services performed, than after that service is performed they decide to not pay in full even though they have already signed a contract. The owner (DAVID GARDNER) is a scumbag and tells his employees not to pay anyone until he "holds them up". He is a shishter and should be avoided at all cost. If you must do business with them, get paid first or at the very least a large up front payment. Also if you are looking for space to rent to rent, avoid Larken Associates they will promise the world, but deliver sub standard space and service.
