I applied for Administrative Assistant and in the interview I clearly stated I DID NOT have prior construction expereience. I got an offer a couple of days later barely got any training and only after a week got fired for not having construction experience. Why hire me then?
No one should be fired after a week. When things like that happen I think it reflects poorly on the employer than the employee. More than likely they never should have hired me in the first place if I specifically stated I did not have construction experience. Either you are qualified or you or not? It is up to the employer to train you and to give you what you need to do the job and they should know this based on your past performance.
BE CAREFUL when accepting an offer from LARKEN ASOCIATES!!!!
