He claims to be a family man and appear to be a good ole boy, however this is all part of his scam to get you to trust him to do roofing and other home repairs. Larry works by giving you a deal that is hard to pass up because he tells you that you will save money. Have you heard the saying If it is too good to be true then it probably is? Larry puts the contract together covering your insurance claim, then you give him money to repair your roof, and he states that he is two to three weeks out before you can be put on the schedule.

The problem is when the time comes for the roof repair; Larry will give all kinds of excuses on why he cannot show up today or this week. He will tell you he is sick and in the hospital or his big truck is not working, etc. and that he will come out the next week. After this goes on for weeks or months in some cases, you realize this was all a scam and LARRY IS A THEIF AND YOU HAVE BEEN HAD!

After you find out Larry B Cheatham is a CON-ARTIST and ask for your money back, he will tell you yes, he will refund funds for
repairs not done. At this point Larry stops answering your phone calls and the only communication is by text messaging. He states that he will pay you on Friday. Friday comes and goes and he tells you he will pay next Friday. Well instead of getting a check you will get a letter that states he has been in and out of the hospital and is low on money to cover the bills and almost died.

WHAT??? You took my money to pay your bills instead of repair my roof according to our contract??? I really do not care what his personal issues are and want a refund of MY MONEY!

Larry will claim he is having to put some of his company debts (this now includes me) on his bankruptcy case, but this is not
true because the case he refers you to is from 2008 and no current debt can be combined with a previous bankruptcy. ANOTHER LIE!!! LARRY IS GOOD AT LYING!!

Larry B Cheatham knows how to work the system. If he starts the project by doing small jobs then this is not considered as a
criminal offense but it then would be a civil case. If he takes the money and never does any work this is where the criminal offence and THEFT has taken place. Larry is no stranger to criminal behavior.

So, if you are researching to find out information about Larry B. Cheatham and Storm Guard Roofing and Restoration, Inc. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY MONEY!!!! Go with a legitimate company.
