We listed with Larry after he told us we can get top dollar for our property because it was a cannabis use property. Our property sat on the market for months with no offers. He priced it higher than any other brokers (A LIE) just to get us to sign a contract and he could not deliver. The very few interested buyers all were not real and had no financial backing. Despite what Lary tells you he has no idea about this type of Cannabis use property. What a waste of time and money. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY, TIME AND ACTUALLY WANT TO SELL IT AND NOT WASTE TIME AVOID LARY. IF YOU WANT A BROKER YOU CAN TRUST STEER CLEAR OF LARY CARLTON, HE WILL SAY WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET THE PROPERTY LISTED AND NEVER DELIVER ON HIS WORD. HE IS UNTRUSTWORTHY.
