LaSalle Bank - ABNAMRO - Tom Hanson - Peachy Benson got me fired for no reason, cost me financial ruin, ripoff Chicago Illinois

One and a half years ago I temped for LaSalle Bank I was there a total of almost 4 years. Tom Hanson, a manager asked me how old I was, if I was married, commented on how I looked. I told him I was not comfortable with those questions, and he then walked away. I informed my temnporary staffing agency what happened b ut they did not return any of my calls. l.5 weeks later I was fired from my agency, upon the request of Mr.Hanson.

Peachy Benson who was his assistant claimed I used the 'f' word constantly and this was the reason for termination. I took my case to the EEOC, but they did not believe my accusations, though I did give the names of 3 women I went to as a witness. They were fearful of being fired and did not confirm what happened.

At the EEOC hearing, Tom claimed he 'may have'asked me my age because he wanted to buy me a birthday cake and denied what he said to me. The EEOC took his word over mine for some reason, I think because the investigtion was not a good one, and more important they did not want to 'take on' a billion dollar corporation. Shortly after the hearing, Tom was made VP, and suddenly disappeared to California, and Peachy benson got his job, I assumed as a reward for her lies

laSalle Bank aka ABNAMRO caused me financial ruin by havine Adecco, my former agency fire me. No one seemed to want to go up against the bank and I had no money for a lawyer so I was left on my own. The bank is a major client for Adecco, and Karolyn Hewlet my placement counselor at Adecco did as Tom asked and I was fired immediately. I was an employee of Adecco for 4+ years with an outstanding record up until that point. Adecco did not want to risk losing LaSalle Bank as a client, and I was the victim.

LaSlle Bank has several class actions suites against them for various reasons. I worked there for close to 4 years with no problems until Mr. Hanson asked me several illegal questions which he later denied doing. I don't think he or anyone ever thought I would take things as far as I did. I found the EEOC does not do much to help you and will definitely not take on huge corporations like ABNAMRO LaSalle Bank. At my initial hearing, my investigator Mr.Reyes admitted that there were severl discrepancies re the bank, but never told me what they were. I believe he simply did not know, or was afraid to go against this corporation no matter how credible I was.

If anyone has experienced anything like this I would like to know. I have gone thru several appeals, and even emailed Hill Hammer, a high ranking official but never got a response back from anyone. I don;t think it is fair that a company can cause you financial ruin and get away from it because they are a billion dollar coorporation no one wants to take on.
