Last Chance/Trifecta Id Theft Insurance is no insurance protection just fraudulent ripoff of account Internet

Well, Like other consumers I thought I could apply for a payday loan over the internet and not get ripped off, wrong. I applied for a loan at last chance payday loan site. I was denied and couple days later my account was being charged 31.98 for id theft protection I supposedly signed up for.

I went on a live chat to explain I didn't sign up for their offer and I would like my money back. The company tells me that unless I follow their fraud resolution terms I can't get my money back. They couldn't produce anythig showing i signed up for their service.

Apparently when I clicked submit to apply for the loan their page is like a carbon copy rider page I was agreeing to their terms unknowingly. which is fraud. Which I can't prove because if you file a report it is going to show your signature on the carbon copy rider page. It's one of those pages where your info stays on the page as you flip the pages.

I just want everyone to know that company is a rip off and how they rip you off. Please make sure that if you see an advertisement you don't want to join or apply for that you erase your info on each page as they flip.
