Latteno Food Corporation, John A. Pinheiro Penny Stock Scam, Microcap Fraud, False Advertising, Fake Business Internet

Latteno Food Corporation is a microcap penny stock. The last Chief Executive Officer doubles as a criminal defense attorney. This company identifies and advertises itself as an investment portfolio company and has paid for multiple sources from Seeking Alpha and Hot Stocked to promote it at different times. It has also put out false information pertaining to what it does. It is actually not a real company, but a stock selling scam. They trade on the market under the stock symbol LATF. Everyday unsuspecting investors get suckered into buying their stock. Their headquarters is a virtual address with no employees. The last CEO resigned under false pretenses indicating he had a personal illness and family issues.  This company is not a company, but a very sophisticated Ponzi scheme. It was a marijuana pump and dump and the original cohorts or directors of this company have laundered most of the income from it. I lost thousands of dollars because I was duped into believing they had the first legal grow farm inside the United States. They even posted fake photographs of it and soon after they completely deleted everything they put out. They indicated they had contracts and lured countless investors into a trap we'll never recover from. John A. Pinheiro is/was the last known CEO/CFO of this company. He continues to practice criminal defense, but is too sick to address any shareholders surrounding what occured in relation to Latteno Food Corp. I have 15 million worthless shares of Latteno Food Corp. It is now a .0001 stock. Mr. Pinheiro resides in Bridgeport, Conn. where he and his family live very comfortably. They have slammed the phone down on me and he refuses all communication with anyone. Especially shareholders of LATF.
