LAVALIFE IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. They promise a credit send you a file confirmation. No credit is done, they keep billing you. You email their customer service dept than someone entirley different responds not knowing whats happening. You wait weeks nothing happens. So I decided to call spoke to someone there after heated words and 23 minutes on hold a person who claims to be a manager. who wont identify himself with an employee # or last name. Spoke to someone named AJ "im the only AJ here he says...right...

So after giving AJ (mgr) all the account numbers given to me by customer service at lava life..he cant pull up my account.

That is to say after supplying so called customer service with personal info...who knows where that has gone now...they have no record.

When I called in months ago, an agent gave me a referecne number...so I gave that to them..and of course nothing can be found...

After explaining my situation to AJ and telling him how many emails I have sent...and were only talking about a $31.49 credit here...he goes on to say..Oh sorry sir not a problem but the emails I have sent in have nothing to do with his department!!!?!?

After giving AJ my credit card info he now pulls up my account handle or name which I told him 3 times. It seems before he couldnt find it..but now after he has creditcard information he found it! I asked for the name of the CEO of Lavalife as I wanted to write a letter... he tells me "ROB" Rob who...I asked ..."Sorry sir...we cant give out the names of people who run our company its a privacy issue he says!!! LOl!!! now this is what I call service....what a joke! Finally after wasting 30+ minutes on the phone, I was assured that at some point after, AJ told me is going to fill out a customer credit request form and see that my credit gets done. I commented how long will this take...another 2 months? No sir 1-2 days....I now await to see and have written to someone that claims to be the head of the dept. AJ gave me his name after I became persistent. I double checked the name and vowels to make sure the email lands to the persons name supplied. My guess is that this will fall on to deaf ears.
