Lavish Neudermis HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?!!

 FOOLISH me.....saw Dr.Oz and Lavish anti-aging cream. 4.95 sh. When I was to pay, a second box popped up for NeuDermis cream 3.95 sh. But there was NO decline 'button'. Just a "Continue. So I assumed my order would continue w/o the add.'l product. Wrong!!! Both were sent to me. They came in two separate boxes but same address. Still thinking, "all is cool", I then got on line to further investigate the ingredients and this is when I saw a complaint on ripoffreport.com stating the company charges 89.00 within two weeks unbeknownst to the consumer. So, I quickly called the Lavish to cancel. The woman was friendly but you can tell she's used this issue. She tried to keep the acct. open by offering me a 50%discount on all future orders. When I declined she upted it to 75% off!! I declined again and, to the best of my knowledge, I cancelled. I thought everything was give until I saw that my account was billed 88.00 by NeuDermis! I called again to cancel the second product that I did not order but was charged for. Same thing, hard push, 50%off? How about 75% off? Same game, same company. I did cancel but was told the 88.00 charge she could do nothing about. I asked if I can return the product, shipping box unopened. "No, once paid, no return" This is outrageous. I'm screwed, but really want others to not fall for this scam!
