This office is unorganized ,unprofessional , lazy and rude! It took them two months to even compose papers and don't bother making an appointment because you'll end up waiting for another hour at least and don't even think about complaining and demand wat your paying them TO DO Because they Will drop you and excuse him self from your case....

Ben is a joke to he took my case even though he's personal friends with The other party and having sexual relations with the other party's sister and a regular client at the other party's work and he shared confidential information about my case with the other party !!!! SO MUCH FOR ATTORNEY CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY!!!!
his billing is deceitful and his office manager has a serious attitude toward anyone who wants to talk to him.

I hear that he has a sexual harassment suit and is filling for bankruptcy probably becuz the word is getting out that hes a scum bag and a JOKE as an attorney!

Met with Will Lewis and again I have to say the staff is professional, polite and knowledgeable. He explained that my contract was that Ben was the only one who would work on my sons case. he is the only one who worked on my sons case. The lady attorney was basically just  there to get the plea agreement signed/settled. I think I just had so much going on at that point in my life, (sister was in the hospital dying and I myself was having medical problems.)  I wouldn't of trusted any face other then Ben's being there. I freaked when I seen someone else there for my son. Had they called me, explained the Ben worked the case ect ect it wouldn't of been bad. Oh and the end result was good. Being family though any amount of time in jail isn't seen as good.

In my above post, I wrote/typed that we signed a Ben green only contract. That was written poorly on my part. When we retained Ben to represent my son. We were told verbally that no one but Ben would show up at court to represent my son. This is what we wanted so signed whatever we were told to sign, and paid for Ben's services.

My family has used Ben Greene twice. I decided to use Ben Greene because he came across as honest and truthful. He is not the type of attorney who just tells you, what you want to hear.  He gives you the information straight. The first time, we as a family felt Ben did a wonderful job in representing my son. My son's charges were dropped from a felony to misdemeanor, he did minimum jail time, with 3 unsupervised probation. We were happy with the end result and happy with Ben's services.

The second time we used Ben Greene to represent my son, we signed a Ben only contract. Only Ben would represent my son in court. I was very upset when we took my son, to one of his court appearances and someone other then Ben showed up, to represent my son. Ben had another case at the same time. We ended up with whoever he sent, in his place. We would of NEVER hired this attorney to begin with. We had no idea if she was qualified. . Did she accomplish what Ben himself would of accomplished if he had represented my son?  We have no way of knowing that answer. I will say, I am not happy with her services. I obviously feel that we did not get what we paid for. In the way of, WE were paying for BEN Greene to represent him. Not anyone else. Also she could not answer many questions and seemed very nervous at being asked questions. Would I ever recommend Ben Greene as an attorney? I certainly have in the past. Hence us being a return customer. Would I recommend Ben Greene as an attorney now? It will depend on how he and his office handles this matter. I haven't had time to talk to them about this. We were thrown into it all. I don't feel our contract was honored. I understand stuff happens but, we weren't even given notice that someone else was being sent.

Now to respond to the staff being lazy and rude, I didn't find this to be true at all. The staff comes across as very polite, pretty knowledgeable and pleasant. We have NEVER had to wait long for appointments. We show up at appointment times and we are seen within minutes. I think Ben comes across as a professional, when he needs to be professional. If you're looking for a stiff, serious professional, this is not your man. If your looking for someone with compassion and someone to lighten the mood of the situation, yet still taking care of the matter at hand, this is your guy. I also liked that Ben seems well known and liked within the courts.

I have used Ben Greene for almost 8 years. He has done great work for me and has always gotten me what I wanted in court. I have used him in Family Law and also for my Bankrupcy. His office has always worked with me by allowing me to make payments if I could not front all of the money up front. Anytime I have questions they are easy to get a hold of in a very timely mannor. I had a problem with one of their attorneys and I asked that they not charge me for the time he spent on my case and that I do not wish that he would not represent me in court again and they were very appoligetic. Mr. Lewis has helped me several times and has always been helpful. You can also walk into their office at anytime and be seen. I have done this several times in the last year. Mr. Greene is a very nice person and respects everyone.

To the unknown author of the complaint filed against the Law Office of Benjamin R. Greene and Associates. My name is Will Lewis, I am the office manager that you have described in your complaint. I am proud of the staff currently employed by Mr. Greene and the manner in which business is conducted in this office. My staff is very friendly, positive, and most of all professional. The commercials we are currently running are of current and past clients that have all had positive experiences with our firm. 40% of our current business comes from client referrals which is an indication that we are doing an excellent job for our clients. Unlike most businesses that are struggling to keep their doors open our firm is growing. In the past several months we have added 5 members to our team and have expanded our areas of practice to include Immigration and bankruptcy law. All of the above are positive signs that your experience with us is the exception and not the rule. Mr. Greene is very happily married and has recently adopted his step children. Mr. Greene would never share any information about any of his clients with anyone. Please check your sources. Everyone has a past that may include some things that we are not proud of but the operative word is "past". In closing I would be more than happy to sit down with you to address any of your past concerns at your convenience.
