In 2005, Mr. Appel involved with me in a case. He is a real estate lawyer and a realtor. He helped me to buy my house. He suggested to get out money on my house to invest with him in a property he was remodeling in Los Angeles. I refinanced with cash out and gave him the money ($341,000) in 2006. He told me he will help me do a short sale on my house. I did not intend to do a short sale. I just wanted to invest in the property and flip it with profit shared with Mr. Appel.
Mr Appel and I signed a joint venture agreement. He did not fulfill one word of the agreement. Woking way property was never remodeled. He took my money and he went to Israel where he did do other investments according to his friends. I was in limbo for 8 years without my money. He did repay some of it back. At the end, after I hired my attorney, we had a settlement that I was forced to sign and basically ripping me off of $111,000. Yes, he returned some of the funds except for $111,000.
He is a hypocrite. He does not eat pork or shell fish, but he steals people money and he justifies it by a settlement. He tells me he is worth over $30 million. However, in my eyes, he is not worth than 30 pennies. He will not take a penny with him in his after life.
He is a disgrace to his both noble professions and his fine religion.

Open attached photos and see attached Joint Venture agreement signed by Eliezer Appel and attached checks and receipts showing proof of scamming of $341,000 in August of 2006 and I was pressured to sign a settlement ripping me off of $111,000. The money went into his escrow exchange account Pacific West Investments Inc. This is company is one of tens of fictitious companies hiding his 30 million dollars plus of investments.
This is one example of conniving and cunning tactics of ripping his investors off.
