I just paid $200 to post a job for a paralegal yet LawCrossing will not allow me to search its database for qualified resumes.  There are two groups of vicitms here.  One:  me the employer.  Two:  the person looking for a job.  I can post a job offer, and maybe the person seeking the job will see it.  Conversely, I cannot try to find them independently even after spending $200 to post my job offer.  The webpage lists numerous categories of services available.  The disclosure does not identify clearly that the $200 I just paid comes with strings-attached restrictions.  They just want you to pay more.  This is ridiculous.  I told LawCrossing to either provide that service, or close my account and give me my money back.  Regardless, I am posting my complaint on every media site I can find.
