Tony installed a sprinkler system in our yard the first part of June 2011. It's now almost November, 5 months, and the job is still not completed. There are underground leaks in the system so I had to turn it off completely and can't even use it. The coverage was never complete and the electrical was never hooked up so have to have extension cord running to controller.
I had another contractor come out and look it over and recommend what to do. His estimate is $1900. Much of it has to be completely redone because of sprinkler heads used and locations which he said were very poorly planned along with the components used.
This sort of job requires a State license and a City permit. Both the City inspector and State agency have not been able to even talk to Tony. He will not answer the phone or ever call back which is how I have been treated for the last 4 months. He did get permit to start the installation, but the job is not even according to the permit issued.
Something came up that's really funny, not really...WOULD YOU BELIEVE!!! Tony is advertising on Craig's List

doesn't know anything about it and nothing but excuses..I called and called and called dozens and dozens of times over weeks and weeks and weeks and he didn't have the courtesy or decency to return ONE STINKING PHONE CALL...the judge issued the judgement of $1900 which was estimate of redoing the sloppy job of mixing different types of spray heads and not getting good coverage..the part about electrician is BS, the wires were right there and he said he'd install the receptacle..I did myself in about 10 minutes..so who's the real jerk? God Bless him.

I installed this system a few years ago . I got very busy right after the job . Needed to go back and rig up some kind of electric to controller because homeowner did not want to have electrician do it correctly . Not sure where the 1900 dollars come from . I was told by the court that he was tring to get the whole system for free . Be fore I could get back over to fix that last thing . Homeowner . Put a judgement agaist me for the full amount of system . Sounds like he is the criminal. And lastly again . In 35 years of installing and repairing systems in dfw I only made this one jerk mad . Im ok with that .thanks again.

You have nerve saying you don't know what I'm talking about. I filed against you in small claims court and got judgement for $1900.00 which you now still owe me. WHERE WERE YOU???? You didn't even show up to face the judge. I know you received notice to appear in court..it was hand delivered by constable...don't tell me you didn't know.

Tony has been installing and repairing systems in dfw for 30 years . Who ever put this post up . Hasn't called me . Or I would have taken cate of it . If I knew who it was . I would take care ore of it . But if I only made 1 person mad in 30 years . Thats pretty good. Thanks
