Graham Gallagher, LCD Enclosures, England, took an order for a Taxi Top Digital Sign LCD Enclosure and did not deliver the product or issue a refund.
Graham Gallagher, LDC Enclosures responded to my multiple inquiries in this manner:"Sending several emails chasing progress will only delay any progress, as the time taken to respond to each email will impact on the time I have chasing the progress of YOUR order. When I have the unit packed and DHL booked, you WILL be emailed the tracking number."
They take your money upfront, and then keep it, and do not deliver the product.
Graham Gallagher of LCD Enclosures seems to be a clever charlatan, scamming me for my money and not delivering the product.

He's made it pretty clear that he's not going to send it until this post is removed (is that really in his "terms and conditions" that he keeps referring to?). That's not going to happen because this site does not remove posts, even if you want them to. Under the "terms" he has recently made up and posted, it looks like he's going to keep the product and your money.
Since you're in Ohio and he's in the U.K., there's not much you can do. Unless the monetary amount is large, it would hardly be worth hiring U.K. legal representation.

This is the last email from us, the unit is ready to ship and will be shipped once the slanderous posts are removed.
Interest will be charged from Monday for storage
Anyone able to help me get my product or money?

Seeing that Brian Bober is completely ignoring our terms and conditions of sale and then posts slanderous and deflamative reports against our company we will no longer respond to emails, as what is is posting is just lies.
We now have a delivery address for Bobber and the unit is packed and ready to ship, it will only be shipped when this thread is removed. If this is not removed by Monday 23rd May we will start charging storage at a rate of 75 per day.
No further communications will be sent via email as Bobber is posting false information, nothing mentioned regarding the abuse of my staff and myself...
He claims we have stolen his money, however the product is ready to ship (as per our terms and conditions for custom manufactured products) and will ONLY be shipped when this thread is removed, this is under advisement from our lawyers.

After asking once again when I will receive my product, which I prepaid for, Graham Gallagher of LCD Enclosure.co.uk responded in an email:
"When is the post removed?Sent from my BlackBerry wireless device"
And Graham Gallagher is threatening ME with lawyers? So far he has threatened legal action, implied something worse than that, which I can only assume means physical violence, and now is extorting me to remove my post, which was entirely factual, in return for the product which I paid for almost three months ago.
Is there anyone out there that can help me receive my product?

Brian Bobber finally gave the shipping address yesterday, the goods will be shipped once this post is removed/retracted by Bobber.
I must say, that the claims Bobber makes are unfounded and pure lies - avoid this buyer he is THE SCAMMER.

Thank's to ripoffreport.com I finally got Graham Gallagher from LCD Enclosures.co.uk to respond to my email regarding the ship date of the product I paid in advance for almost 10 weeks ago. Keep in mind that Graham Gallagher of LCD Enclosures promised a 3-4 week completion time for the product I ordered. This is quote from Graham Gallagher's email to me:
"You say we have stolen your money will you retract that post when we ship the unit?
Legal action is far better than the other I have in mind...but far less rewarding."
Hmmm....when is paying in advance for something and not receiving it a crime? I will keep you all posted of any additional threats I receive from Graham Gallagher or anyone else at LCD Enclosures.co.uk.
All I am asking, give me my product or give me my money.

The buyer Brian Bobber placed an order for a custom product that was on an extended lead time however he started chasing the progress only 3 weeks after receiving the order, the lead time was 6- 8 weeks! He then started harrassing me and my staff by sending 15 emails every day chasing his product, he then threatened to report us for none delivery of the goods and I told him that he would inform him when we had packed the unit and had a tracking number from DHL.
Today we received an email chasing delivery - then he posts this...I have been in business for 25 years and I have never come across anyone as rude and unprofessional as this person.
What Brian Bobber fails to remember is that he chose a custom unit and with his choice comes the extended lead time and this is what he has struggled with.
He does not understand that as a professional business we answer all emails, as we are manufacturers this tends to stop us working in the factory and he has taken our comments out of context.
If Brian Bobber buys anything from you, beware he is the buyer from hell.
