LD save LLC they've been taking money from my checking account without my knowledge or authorization..I'm still fighting them for my refund..tomorrow i will call an attorney if my money isn't refunded.. Internet

This company has been taking money from my account without my knowledge or permission..I was told i joined  over the phone yet they never spoke with me.. I noticed it the first time on Dec.8,2009 and have been fighting them ever since for my refund..Everyone I spoke to said 7-10 business days..well, today is 9 and still not there..I called today and was told 10-14 business days...I've already told them that if my money isn't in my checking account by tomorrow I will be calling an attorney.

Apparently they spoke with my husband but  he isn't on my bank account and he certainly doesn't know my credit card number so I'm still trying to figure out how they got that number..I have since closed that card but who's to say they won't get that card number and start all over again at a later date? By the way, they have been taking it out since August starting with the introductory fee..

They weren't the only company that was taking money from my account, ID Theft cousin was also doing the same thing...I did get my refund from them..Isn't that ironic that they were taking my money without my authority...GO FIGURE!!!
