This product sold me for two reasons: the trial basis and the shipping charges for $4.95 and the time period for cancellation within a 15 day period. I rec'd my product with no shipping invoice just a plain xerox paper with a customer number to call. So, i did; nowhere does it read two different companies. So thinking that Lumera and Eye serum were the same companies i called customer service  with that phone provided in their little xerox paper; not knowing that Le Dominque is the sister to Lumera were to cancel for both, it turned out that you have to call each individual or your going to be charged for the other item in which they did. They do not provide different telephone numbers fo the other companies; you'll figure that out when you see you bank account and go livid! I went ballistic when I looked up my bank account i got sick to my stomch. I did call customer service and told them what a rip off and how deceving their ad is. Not once did they say or suggested that I had to call the sister company to cancel on the other item; why should they that's loosing $$ on their part. I told them that I am going to write them up in Yelp. I do have the customers girls names from both companies. Through all this experience I now have to pay shipping charges out of my pocket.
