 End of august I ordered one (1) month of Le-Vel Thrive Premium Lifestyle Products Line.  Was charged 163,99. Shipment confired sent 08/30/2015  Never recived the shippment.  Order#1855351

Was sent a second (2nd) shipment on 09/05/2015. Was charged 163,99.  Never recived shipemnt. Order #1908928

I checked the tracking number. Postal service declared it "Unable to deliver " Do not know where the shippents are.

 Contacted Support Services.  All they ever did was to tell me what I should do :"contact post office and have them change adress".  Put complaint against their represenative etc. Sid that they coul dnot do anything as it was in the hands of the Postal service.  This can be verified in the "tickets" or E-mail sent.

At this time my complaints have been marked "resolved" and I cannot contact anyone.

They also refused to close my account with them.

I contacted two (2) local representatives of Le-Vel products.  Both refused to help.

At this time september 12th 2015 I still have none of the products I paid for, have been charged for 2 shippments and still have an open account.

Hello, I am currently affiliated with Le-vel. I am so sorry you never received your products and missed out on our 8 Week Thrive Experience. ased on the information you submitted, looks like the Le-vel attempted to mail out products twice to you and each time your post office said it was undeliverable. Perhaps there was an address issue. Unfortunately everyone was right. They told you to check with the post office. There is no fault of the company. I hope you disputed the charges to your bank to do a stop payment on the payment that was processed and was properly issued a refund.

It has been some time since you placed an order and I do hope all is well with you. I also hope that since then, you have resolved you address issue. I would like to have an update and find out how you are doing health wise and what have you been doing to stay fit since you haven't taken our products yet.

I am not sure if anyone has told you this, but you can try the Premium Lifestyle Risk Free, and you could get FREE products.  Once you receive your products, you definetly want to check out the directions.
