Well my fellow mortgage brokers, here we go again, another lead ripoff company that we need to expose. I'll keep this one short and sweet. After dealing with these people I dont even have the energy to go into all the details but the story is the same. Lead2net.net offers live transfers and internet leads. Bottom line is that they dont deliver what they promise and the product is not as they describe. I purchased $3000 of live transfers, $120 a piece, for FL only, so that is 25. I asked Brian Hersh and Nick the owner if this would be a problem, they said no problem, I should have them in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later only 5 transfers ( which only 2 were from FL ) and all were complete crap. As it turns out, they are simply calling the old leads they have already sold to their internet lead clients.. so what a double dip! so all you get are day transfers of "been turned down 4 times" retired people with no income.. that is all you get. You will not get transfers at night with people who have jobs. If I would have been told that the transfers were from old leads I would have never done it.. But I was told that they were new leads.. When I confronted them about this, they said I was fully aware that these were WARM leads.. WARM? are you kidding.. these things are dead cold.. they say they have some amazing success stories but out of our 11k we have spent we have only have one deal.. it is impossible to work deals that have no deals in them.. so then i decided to try and work some new internet leads and call them but sure enough they were all crap.. nothing but hang ups, wrong #'s or people yelling because I am the 100th caller.. typical of affiliated lead companies.. promise the world with the same result as every other scam out there.. Now I know the owner will come on here with some big ellborate response saying that they tried everything in there power to make me happy etc.. but as we all know that is a lie... look at all the rebuttals from all the lead owners.. its all the same.. they say we have too high of expectations but little do they admit that they promissed us the world and that they only deliver one bad lead a week.. so dont beleive it.. the owner even threatened to file suit against me for slander.. that is a joke.. you rip someone off then when they tell the truth about you.. that is slander? let me tell you NICK.. the truth isnt slander.. especially since I can prove your business dealings.. also this owner Nick sent an email to all his clients asking for the names of Ameriquest employees, offering us $600 in leads.. sounds real professional huh? this is another scam company in Boca Raton with owners from NY.. they all come down here to run their scams.. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!! I will proceed with my evidence to get a chargeback from VISA and file another report with the BBB.. hopefully this will keep a few of you from doing business with them and getting scammed.. if you would like more info about them please leave your contact info.. i will gladly share my experience.. off to the BBB and VISA and thanks to the ripoff report.. and just to let you know.. I told lead2net 3 times if they did not deliver what they promissed I would do this.. they now say this is the first they have heard of my problems.. what a joke these guys are.. but we all know the truth.. they are all the same.. the only company out there that has not ripped me off was www.keyleadsonline.com i will be going back to them.. honest company, they just didnt have live transfers.. good lucj to you all..

recently bought a 25 lead campaign, out of the 18 I've received so far I gotten about 13 apps. Two deals and 1 or 2 possible. I think the quality of the leads are workable deals so no complaint on that end. Yet the 5 people I wasn't able to get apps on are customers who have said the rep transferring calls told them that they didn't have to give out social.
All-around I will rate you guys with a 7.
