I first saw the ad through Facebook and noticed it was endorsed by reputable organizations (so I thought). I read the information on the linked site. Feeling satisfied that this was a legitamite free trial (only $4.95 for S&H), I ordered my 14 day supply. I received my confirmation email regarding my order.

I received my product a few days later and immediately noticed it was a 30 day supply. I reviewed my confirmation email again, but it did not have any information regarding the 14 day supply vs 30 day supply. I looked for the face book ad and could not retrieve the original site I went on. I grew suspicious.

It has now been 14 days and my bank account was charged an additional $79.49. I went back to my confirmation email and looked for a phone number. None was given. I then reverse searched the email address and found the phone number (also on the bottle of product). I called and explained that I was unaware of this additional charge to my bank account.

The customer servece representative then told me that I signed up for the auto ship/ auto pay program when I ordered the 14 day trial. I tried to explain to her that nothing I read when ordering stated these terms. She told me that when I put in my credit card number that it was on their site and that it is stated on their site. Simply not true. I read everything thast was presented. Nowhere on the site did it say that I was opting into a auto ship/ auto pay program. The site I read led me to believe that I was to receive a 14 day supply. She told me that I ordered the 30 day supply to try out for 14 days with the option to cancel subscription before the 14 days was up. I again tried to tell her that that information was not clear on my initial visit when I made the order.

The customer service rep then tried to convince me to keep the subscription at a reduced price of 35% off. I said no, I did not want to be in the program, I did not want to be charged. She told me that it has been passed 14 days and it was my responsibility. I again told her I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund of the $79.49.

After going back and forth with her for quite some time, She reluctantly cancelled my subscription and gave me a refund of 35% in the amount of $27.25, with a confirmation number. She said to expect the refund in approx 3-5 business days.

The probelm I'm having is that I was completely unaware of the terms initially. I would have never signed up for this. They are charging entirely too much for this product. I thought I was paying for a 14 day supply and was forced to pay for an overpriced 30 day supply.
