i purchase a english golden male on may2 from leanna myers or evaleasgolden retrievers it was supose to be white golden retriever with full a.k.c papers so just before she was supose to ship this puppy i ask for up date pictures. well when she sent this pups picture it had change color it had red ears and i could see a redish color in his hair so i question her and told her that she promise me a white golden not a red. she said her husband let there red male in with her white female by mistakeafter she bred with the white male and she thought the white male was the father and told me she was having another litter withen a couple weeks and they would be white she made sure of that so i said okay i would wait. she sent me pictures of the puppies and told me how great they were and that she knew i would be very please with these one so she put collars on them and let me pick the one i wanted even ask me what she should call him. i was very excided and nerves about this puppie. well a couple weeks went bye and i have not heard from her ask for up date still nothing the week she was supose to ship my new puppy i text her and she said the vet told her to wait two more weeks to ship him so she could worm him and deflea him i question this but she demanded it was true so i waited two week nothing no text no call. i called her no anwser and text her nothing its been 5 week still nothing. i got ahold of the police department and sergent bonnie went and talk to her she claim she does not sell puppies the sergent knew she was lieing she could see she had a lot of dogsand told her to pay me back well she did not. now sergent bonnie found out that she is not license to sell puppies and want any proof that we have and anyone else has on this person. please call leadwood police and ask for sergent bonnie with your info 573-562-7337

I completely agree with this review and confirm that most of it is true. Leanna Myers (or Magro Myers if you want to look her up on Facebook since she changed her name to avoid me and deleted her original profile) in Leadwood, MO (phone number 573-482-0059 or 573-482-2532) breeds golden retrievers and conducts shady business practices and falsely advertises! I purchased what was supposed to be an English cream golden retriever from her (a specific type of golden retriever that is very pricey), and was assured multiple times that she was English cream, and to make a long story short the puppy is NOT English cream. She lied to me about the puppy's parents (the father she advertised as the sire was NOT the sire, it was a different dog in her possession),
the puppy had hook worms which could have killed her if she had not seen my vet when she did, and it took more than 8 weeks for me to force her to send me her AKC papers (which THANK GOD I did get). She has MANY golden retrievers, I suspect she has a puppy mill. I asked her to refund me my $300 deposit since the puppy is not full English Cream, which she finally agreed to do after I negatively reviewed the crap out of her on the Internet, but she was of course lying to buy herself time and ensure I did not post more negative reviews and the money never came. I love my sweet girl and am so thankful I saved her from this horrible, awful, lying, scum of the Earth woman, but I want to make sure that she doesn't screw anyone else over like she did to me.
