Leasecomm - Northern Lease And NBS And NIca Ripped off by Leasecomm by leasing credit card machine ripoff Raleigh North Carolina

we leased credit card swiping machine from leasecomm for our restaurant. during the signing of the contract they rushed us so much that we didnt get a chance to read it. also they was no way i was going to understand everything that is said on the contract

everything was fine until someone from northern lease came and gave us a better deal(apparently they are the same company).

when we told them we are under contract with leasecomm, they advised us that they will take care of it because leascomm has no right to claim anything from us, which is a lie.

then we found out in my credit that they have reported that i owed them money and both companied have reported that we owe them thousands of dollars which we would not have known if we didnt check our credit. not knowing they were the same company we called nothern lease and they say it is a federal law and they can not report and say we owe them. they said they will send some paperwork for us and made us think they were on our side.

then a man called wayne martinez from nbs called saying he received the letter. we thought he was going to help us but he was actually calling to collect money from us saying he is financer of the loan we got from leasecomm. then when i told him i dont know who they are and i did not borrow money from nbs he threatened to get judgement against us unless we pay right now. when i said no he suggested i call nica another company. I have a feeling they will also try to collect from us too.
