I dealt with this company when they were celebrity auto brokers. Dee anderson's real name is Debra Monfroe. She is the reason I had to file bankruptcy. DO NOT BELIEVE HER. Get your car back and find an alternative. I urge you. I had to have my car re-poed in order to get it back. Man if I had pictures to show the condition, it was terrible.

I have a Coworker that sold his car to this company..  He found out today that the pay off for his car has not been approved and now is not able to get ahold of anyone there.  He went to their office today and of course nobody was there.  He called the local police department and the officer said that they have had numerous reports about this company!!   AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is please do research on any major decision that you make.  The world is unfortunatley full of dishonest people and companies trying to make a buck.

Ryan deceived me and took my car.  They are behind over 2 payments, I have late fees and my credit is messed up.  THEY ARE LIARS...

Not only have I never had a problem with Lease Master, but the rep I worked with there, Ryan, was able to explain a lot to me about how the car financing really works, and give me the knowledge I needed to keep from ever getting into a mess like this again.  Thank you, Ryan!

We are responding to libelous claims about our organization. As you can see who ever has posted this complaint about our organization has opted to do it anonymously, and without showing any proof of an actual complaint about our company. We feel strongly that this is really one of our competitors or someone we may have had to repossess a vehicle from and that this is with malicious intent. We would REALLY Rather not participate  in this unfortunately we must protect our reputation for our past, present ,and future clients. As you can see who ever is doing this is not satisfied by posting one report they also posted Report: #587346 and that particular report is showing several rebuttles of a positive nature reflecting real clients who have been satisfied with the service we provide. We will never claim to be perfect but we are professionals and we will deal with matters professionally.


 

First of all we would like to extend an apology to our clients regarding these false claims, as we know that the reputation of a company you work with is valuable to you and these types of claims can raise unnecessary doubts and concerns to both our past, present and future clients. In response, we challenge this poster, if they were in fact a client, to provide us with their first and last name, along with the year, make, model, and VIN number of the vehicle or vehicles that are the subject of this complaint.
