The company charged me $150 for "initating a lease" when all I did was navigate thru their site for information. When I complained they said I would get a "credit" to be used when I was ready to initate a lease. I told them this was unacceptable. Their response was to threaten me with ruining my credit by reporting me to the credit bureaus! By the way, The leases I checked out were all "unavailable".
