Legacy Gold Properties, LLC is an Arizona LLC. It's managing Member is Steven C. Olafson. They, purport to own and manage real estate.

Steven C. Olafson owns and manages a property at 500 E. Montebello Ave in Phoenix, Arizona. At this property, many low income and fixed income folks reside. There are many families, with several young children. There is a swimming pool on the property, which is used primarily by the children.

However, there is one MAJOR problem. The locked door on this swimming pool is defective, and can be opened with a BUTTER KNIFE! In fact, there is a video, floating around on the internet, of a SEVEN (7) year old child opening the gate with a butter knife...and, in fact, the butter knife is placed right next to the gate for everone to use.

This gross negligence was reported to the authorities, but Steven C. Olafson did nothing, as to this day, ANY bODY can enter the pool with a butter knife. All of this is confirmed by Maricopa County.

Sadly, Arizona has an epidemic of child drownings. The County spends millions of dollars in advertising warning against irresponsible conduct of Landlords and parents. Steven C. Olafson and Jacki Olafson, refused to address this issue.

Steven C. Olafson employs a man, named Dion, who is the "Maintenence Man". Dion has lived in Arizona for years, yet drives a truck with California plates. Dion also lived at the foregoing property, @ 500 E. Montebello Ave.

Dion, also, made several sexual advances on single Moms living in the building. When his uninvited advances were rebuffed, Dion became belligerent and made one of the Moms very uncomfortable. She and her son, hastily, moved out.

Because of the this and other questionable activity at Dion's apartment, the tenants asked if Dion had any prior convictions or past problems.

Steven C. Olafson refused to comment. Jacki Olafson had no comment, and slammed the phone down.

Jacki Olafson, pictured below, is a heavyset unattractive masculine looking woman.
She is an unmitigated and pathalogical liar, who bullies tenants and the contractors who work for her. Jacki Olafson is the hatchet man for Steven C. Olafson, who remains out of sight, refusing to return calls or address any issues, even issues as serious as the lock on his swimming pool.

Steven C. Olafson has used a myriad of addresses with his LLC. According to recorded documents, Steven C. Olafson uses the following addresses, some of which are "Mail drops".
