The Premier Debt Centers of America will head hunt and find people searching for real help with debt. They will sign them up with the Legal Debt Center. They say they will get all your unsecured debt settled for 55% or 55 cents on the dollar.

They have you change your address and phone number with all your creditors to the address and phone number they provided you. Mean while they are taking funds from your account each month. Most plans ar 50-60 months depending on what you total debt is and what it will take to get there 55%

After a copule of months the creditors begin to call, and call, and call. You contact the Legal Debt Center and you may or may not get to talk to anyone today or maybe even tomorrow. All they want is, a phone message, an e-mail, and your monthly payment to them.

Once you realize they are not going to do anything for years you are already 3 to 6 months behind, summons are being delivered to your house or your place of employment.

What you find out is they want to collect your money for years and build up an account for you. They even keep the interest. Once they have a chung of money they settle with a company for yes, 35% to 55 % of what was originally owed.

They did nothing for you. You could do this yourself. You must still respond to the summons and go to court.
