If you guys don't stand for something then you will fall for anything is the cream of the story with this law firm. I have been a victim of this scammer "RIchard Murkey" who is apart owner of the above mentioned company along with his attorney companion "Herbert Davis". These two monsters have ripped off people for over 10 million dollars over the last two years and an FBI investigation is underway. This company will take your money and will not settle anything for you, this is a fact!! I'm really sorry to say this but if you peaople had the chance to read all the articles regarding this company and yet you still gave them your money then you people are the dumbest bunch of idiots, only an idiot would give them one penny after being warned. Understand this!! Richard Murkey is running the company under an attorney named herbert davis who is hanging up is law license and doesnt give a d**n what he does.

I just did a google search for "Performance debt Resolution" the funny thing is I didn't see one f*king article pop up showing what scam artists they are. PDR is a company that hosts webinars over the internet preying on poor people who are  trying to get debt relief so they get lured in by all the bullsh*t promises they make on their internet live shows. WHen the client is pitched and convinced that PDR can help them they then charge them anywhere from 500-2500 dollars just to get referred to the Law Offices of Herbert Davis, LOL!!!! How funny, I pay 500 dollars to get reffered to an attorney who doesn't even work at his own office which is completely run and operated by Richard Murkey, read all the ads on ripoff if you don't know what he is all about. For your information people, Herbert Davis doesn't even work at the Law offices Herbert Davis, he had been gone a long time ago folks, It's time you people wake up and smell the coffee, you've all just been Punked by a complete SCAM!!! Yes that's right a Scam And "performance Debt Resolution" charges you to get reffered to a SCAM!!! These are facts people. As you all know anyone who is in the Law Offices of Herbert Davis debt settlement program are all doomed, none of your debts have been settled, if you think I'm lying then call your credit card companies and ask them if your account is settled, I insist!! Herbert davis, Murkey and PDR all took your money and are laughing at you for really believing that a ten percent of accord and satisfaction would settle your debt. They will tell you to go to court and fight your lawsuit knowing fully well that you will 99 percent lose and the one percent is only because the judge was 100 years old and had no clue wtf he was doing.  Don't believe a word about what PDR tells you, all they care about is making money and they will tell you anything you want to hear. If they are not full of sh*t then ask them to show you letters from the credit card companies that the account they got paid on was settled and that the law offices of herbert davis was the cause of it!! LOL, you will not find one person!! Not one!!! PDR is a scam, they will not solve your debt problems!! All they do is put you in a worse situation and nothing more, don't fall for their tricks!! One last word , by paying ten percent to a creditor does not constitute accord and satisfaction you bunch of morons.

In case you haven't noticed by now, you're not settlng anyone's debts. If by some miracle the credit card company did not sue the consumer after your law firm sent a fraudulant ten percent check then it had nothing to do with your work!! They didn't sue the client because they knew he or she had nothing to go after!! You didn't do anything for them besides inflating their debt by 40 percent!! LOL I think you really need to read this and educate yourselves:

The satisfaction of a debt obtained by fraud or misrepresentation will not be considered a contract of accord or satisfaction.  A contract of accord and satisfaction obtained through mutual mistake, supervening illegality, or frustration of purpose can be partly or completely set aside.  If a contract is agreed upon misrepresentation or without proper knowledge of facts, such contract cannot be considered as a contract of accord and satisfaction.  If one of the parties to a contract is ignorant about the law in place and the other has a better knowledge, such contract cannot be considered as a contract of accord and satisfaction.  Contracts made over economic pressure will not be considered contracts of accord and satisfaction.  If a party, by his or her financial constrain is forced to accept a lesser amount than the amount claimed, it does not constitute a contract of accord and satisfaction.

I don't know why this never occured to me but I also want to warn everyone out there about a company called "PDR" and "Bruce Mack" who also operates under the "Mack group". These crooks have a few websites out there that promise clients debt relief and could save you up to 60 percent in debt. The punch line to all this is that they are charging you $500 just so you can get a referral to the "Law offices of Herbert Davis", lol!! This is what kills me!! I actually paid $500 dollars so I can get reffered to an attorney that claims he will settle my debts for 40 percent!!! Now for those of you who have no idea who "the law offices of Herbert Davis" is all about then I strongly suggest you read all the articles that have been written about them incluidng "Legal NCAI". You are basically paying $500 to get teferred to an attorney who will charge you 40 percent to settle your debt and all he will do is pay 10 percent to your creditors and keep 30 percent for himself, LOL!! Not a bad business at all right? Here are the facts and I really wish legal NCAI and the law offices of Herbert Davis woulYd come forward and file a rebuttal to this, they will pay 10 percent to your creditors and deem it satisfied under an accord and satisfaction law which does not work because of two reasons
1) In accord and satisafaction you need the meeting of the minds
2) A designated payment address where a robot opens your check and automatically deposits it does not count as a "Mind" I wish someone would notify the Herbert Davis Law Office regarding this

Now if you really think that the credit card companies is going to settle for 10 percent of your owed debt then you really have no idea what you just plumeted yourself into. By hiring Herbert davis and having him send out the 10 percent pAYMENT on your behalf only causes your account in most cases to have a red flag and the creditor will file a lawsuit against you just to teach you a lesson that you will not succeed in pulling a fast one. You're account will not be settled by them, your creditor will not acknowledge your accounts as being settled and you will be sued!! If you don't believe me then ask the company to show you letters from past clients that have a letter from the creditor saying the account has been settled!! LOL, ask them to show you 1!!! If you were smart enough to google this crook and find this article then you must be smart enough to know that this predator will do nothing for you but to put you in more debt than before!! You can all contact Dan Millhiem and other clients who have been burned by "legal NCAI" and "Law Offices of Herbert Davis" and see what they have to say about all this!!
As for you "Rick" and Herbert you cowards, please file a rebuttal to these claims and incriminate yourselves even more !! I'm dying to see what you have to say about your debt settlement program. Why don't you tell all your clients that are being sued the Truth!! The truth is that when you go to court and defend yourself against the creditor, 99.9 percent of the time you will lose!! They know these statistics but they wont tell you!!!! If you are clients of these con artists and are fighting the creditors in court then you will all lose and you will pay for all the attorney's fees on top of what you owe!! Think I'm lying? I have all my court documents in where I have lost trying to defend myself on a "accord and satisfaction", if that's not good enough for you then feel free to call the ruling judge and ask him what he thought of my defense. As long as I'm alive I'm not going to let these crooks get away with their scam, FTC and Attorney General are onto them and will be shutting them down. Let's set this straight for the record, you did not settle my debt, my credit report is still showing I owe 90 percent of the debts and I'm even a bigger idiot than the both of you for getting conned into your sorry debt settlement program which does not work. I will now get in touch with the other victims and see what legal recourse I have in getting my money back minus the 10 percent you paid of course, LOL!!!
