 I was looking for a job and seen the ad in the paper and decided to call.. When i called a girl named VICTORIA answered the phone who to me was OVERLY excited ... I was invited to come in for an interview the same day to a company CALLED 2-1 Management at 6600 Meridan Ave... when we arrived we filled out a basic paper with our name phone number and also asked if we had our own car(never once filled out a w-2 or anything) When we went back for our interview we me and this girl was interviewed by Mike Hill (Mr.Hill) we were asked are we competitive and also if we were able to stay positive.. I was called back at 5:45 and the same loud mouth girl was like you got the job!!!! Yay so happy that i quit my job... So hmm doesnt make sense Victoria tells me that im HIRED but theres a second interview  WHY? If i was already HIRED.... So second interview all we do is write notes and the same loud musoc was playin( I think just so they can keep us from not asking questions) And so the meeting starts basically he tells you to write notes and if u have a question write it down to the end of the meeting and then ask Mike or Tiara will answer them on your paper..(funny why wont they answer them in front of the class) So after the 2nd interview he says some people were not goin to keep( Vee vee just said i was hired) Second interview is over now your what they call an FNP ( f**kin New person) How rude! So he tells you he wants to run a bonus to see who can sell the perfume on the list to there family and friends and hes gonna  give them some money for doin so.and he always says dont listen to broke people cuz there just there to bring you down... and also tells us that rip off report has nast things to say about him cuz he wont pay.... never once have i read u had to pay on here and i decided to take a look myself.. the next day we get in these cars and basically lie to them let me demonstrate your 5 steps:1) Hi my name is---- let me ask you a crazy question.. Do u wear perfume /cologne? 2) Story (LIE) Great! The reason I ask is because I work for a promotiona; company that manufactures these 3.3 oz tester bottles... Check me out   3) Spray Basically spray the cust 4)close : Normally in stores you pay 60 80 to 100 bucks(yeah for the real thing) My Boss wholesales it out for 55 but today only (lie everyday) were blowing them out its 1 for 30  2 for 55 and 3 for 75 Fair enough right ... 5) rehash which means load them up... Basically they want u to lie... these are renditioned which means that its not the real stuff... But we are trained to say that we get it before they put all the alchol in it so its more oil based which is a lie it is Cheap and does not last long but it does smell GOOD!!! They tell u in the 2nd interview that this is not a sales job when it is u only get paid if u SELL( Commission ) which iis not what they tell u Tiara promised me 200-350 a week(She never said it was based on your sales).. Tommorrow is Tuesday and i def wanna see what my check is suppose to be but we get paid cash... WE work 8 hours a day and are mandatory to attend a Sat meeting I believe we should be paid a set hourly wage to go out in the rain or shine and sell perfume and lie to people..6 to 8 weeks is a long time to work and not get paid... This job is def a scam that i dont recommend but i will have more information tomorrow
