I ordered a pocket bike from this company at the end of November 2007. They charged my credit card the day I placed the ordered. I kept in contact with them checking the order of my status every week. They told me it took 10-14 days for delivery. On the 10th day I emailed them and was told by the company that my ordered was shipped. I waited and waited. We only live about 1-2 hours from this company. It did not arrive. I called the company a week later and was told that they were contacting everyone by email that day giving them a tracking number. I never received it. I then called the next day to get a tracking number myself. I think I talked to everyone in the building and finally after being put on hold, them saying they could not find my order, etc. etc. they finally told me my item was out of stock. After 20 days they told me this. If I would of never called I would of thought all along that my item was on the way as that was what was emailed to me on the 10th day. This company is a rip off. My credit card still has not been credited and I have turned them into the Better Business Bureau and am contacting the Illinois Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division. They messed with the wrong person and I will make sure that everyone knows what kind of company they run.
