Leigh Nalley McCauley Leigh McCauley Land sale in Travelers Rest, SC Greenville, South Carolina

Leigh Nalley McCauley purposely did not disclose that the 42 acres of land (off of Dividing Waters Road) that is listed to sell as part of the McCauley estate in Travelers Rest, SC is land locked.   This land went under contract 2 years ago and it was found to be land locked, therefore the buyer pulled out of the contract. Leigh McCauley proceeded to re-list the property with a new real estate agent and not disclose this information.

I went under contract on the same piece of property and was not informed of this vital information. I was notified by the title insurance/my closing Attorney that the property was land locked after they had performed the title searches for the title insurance policy that was needed for closing.  This cost me almost $500 in fees which I had to pay.  Lucky I found this out early as I had another $600 in fees (appraisal and septic permit) that I was able to avoid paying.

THIS IS FRAUD !!
