Ignored my emails to pay my account off for a week, causing me to pay over $350 in extra interest. Refused to waive the additional interest, saying that they are "swamped with various requests, my best bet is to just call in and keep on hold"

Beware of these scammers that make it impossible to pay your line off when you want to.
