I decided to pay LendingTree LLC's realestate.com for email real estate leads. Within two weeks, I determined that most of the leads were made up. Due to the difficulties to get out of their contract, I decided to switch to their more expensive DirectConnect Real Estate Lead Program. I wanted to try that one too as a continuity of the former contract because I was not going to read the so-called email leads anymore. During the first week, I detected some similarity among home buyers that told me right away I was dealing with a scam. I am still on the program in an attempt to gather more information for a serious legal case.
If you have any ongoing legal case against LendingTree/RealEstate.com, inform me. I will join you in a class action suit.
